At Unik, we want every family journey to be safe and stress-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
